Our client is seeking a candidate to join their lovely team in Leatherhead. The right candidate will be hard working, efficient and have excellent administration and customer service skills. You will provide a consistently high standard of administration service to a portfolio of clients in relation to client's schemes. Your responsibilities will include:
• To be responsible for the monthly processing of allocated clients ensuring SLAs are met and timetables adhered to
• To be accountable for the quality of client work and deliverables
• To ensure any changes to standard procedures are implemented consistently where appropriate
• To follow technical processes, procedures and controls including peer review and peer reviewing others work
• To communicate and inform the client admin lead when a potential issue arises
• Identify additional revenue opportunities
• Assist in the training and coaching of other administrators in their given roles to ensure they have a satisfactory induction into the unit
• To assist in the annual enrolment cycle
• Responsible for identifying personal development needs and sourcing appropriate training
Experience & Qualifications Previous experience of working within a process driven environment
Previous experience of working to deadlines
Previous experience of creating and manipulating data via Excel/Access
Previous client facing experience is desirable
Financial Services Industry experience is desirable
Previous experience being involved in project work is desirable.
