Our lovely client in the heart of Leatherhead is seeking an Office Manager to cover maternity for 7 months. This role will start at the end of August so the right candidate MUST be able to commence then. This is an extremely varied role with a mixture of Office Management, PA and Sales Administration. Your duties will include:
• Opening and distributing post
• Answering calls for the sales department, help answering calls for the accounts department and the overflow of calls from other departments and logging these calls into their system
• Assisting the sales consultants with the administration side of new sales, maintain the sales spreadsheet and advising accounts what to invoice
• Updating the companies system with new prospects details and new sale details
• Sending out sales collateral, letters & appointment confirmations to prospects
• Scanning and electronic filing of sales contracts
• Booking exhibitions
• Sending out welcome packs to new customers via email
• Recording staff reviews, holidays and sickness
• Ordering drinks (the company provides a range of soft/fizzy drinks for staff which need to be ordered on a monthly basis)
• Ordering stationery
• Booking couriers
• Ordering other supplies when needed
The right candidate will ideally have previous office management experience and have the ability to multi task and be extremely well organised. You must be IT literate with an excellent telephone manner. The hours for this position are 9-5.30pm with an unpaid hour for lunch.
